Taste London with our very own cocktail

Create a little slice of London with this refreshing and elegant cocktail, or let someone else do the hard work and enjoy this for yourself at our very own rooftop bar within The Trafalgar St James.

You will need:
Tanqueray Ten – 20ml
Homemade Pineapple Syrup – 10ml
Homemade Sage Syrup – 10ml
Lemon Juice – 15ml
Taittinger Brut Reserve Champagne

Place gin, pineapple syrup, sage syrup & lemon juice in a beaker with cubed ice. Stir to chill.
Strain into champagne flute and top up with Champagne.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
