The Auchentoshan and Ale is the perfectly customisable cocktail for any palate. This fresh, seasonal spin on a classic Boilermaker combines Auchentoshan single malt whisky with your favourite beer, softened and sweetened with your choice of fruit preserves.
To create this cocktail in the comfort of your own home, you will need:
35ml Auchentoshan American Oak
15ml fresh-squeezed lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
2 dashes your choice of bitters (we recommend Angostura Orange)
2 tsp fruit preserves (we like raspberry)
Add ice to a Boston shaker followed by all of the ingredients above, shake together and strain into a mug over fresh ice. Top with lager or ale of choice (our favourite is WEST St. Mungo) altertively head on over to Whisky Mist and let us take care of this for you.
