1. This Promotion is only open to legal residents of France, Germany, and the United Kingdom who are aged 18 and over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners), or anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.

2. Purchase and internet access are necessary.

3. Promotion Period: Enter between 00.01 BST on the 1st October 2018 and 11.59 BST on the 31st December 2018 inclusive.

4. To Enter:
a) UK: Visit Hilton.com during the Promotion Period and make a hotel booking at one of the participating hotels (see clause 22 for a full list of all participating hotels) for a hotel stay between the 1st October 2018 and the 31st December 2018. The Booking Confirmation page will contain a ‘banner’ which will need to be clicked in order to open a webpage where you add your booking reference and agree to the terms and conditions of entering and therefore will be entered into the promotion. Please note that by booking a room, you will NOT automatically be entered into the promotion. Entrants who have successfully entered will see a web page confirming their entry has been received and they have been entered into the promotion. The hotel booking must be made at least 10 days in advance of the hotel stay.
b) France: Visit hilton.FR/destinationincontournable during the Promotion Period and make a hotel booking at one of the participating hotels (see clause 22 for a full list of all participating hotels) for a hotel stay between the 1st October and the 31st December 2018. Once the booking has been confirmed you will receive a Hilton Honors competition entry email which will need to be clicked in order to open a webpage where you will be required to fill in a form (including your booking reference) and agree to the terms and conditions of entering and therefore will be entered into the promotion. Please note that by booking a room, you will NOT automatically be entered into the promotion. Entrants who have successfully entered will see a web page confirming their entry has been received and they have been entered into the promotion. The hotel booking must be made at least 10 days in advance of the hotel stay.
c) Germany: Visit hilton.de/ortderbesonderenart during the Promotion Period and make a hotel booking at one of the participating hotels (see clause 22 for a full list of all participating hotels) for a hotel stay between the 1st October 2018 and the 31st December 2018. Once the booking has been confirmed you will receive a Hilton Honors competition entry email which will need to be clicked in order to open a webpage where you will be required to fill in a form (including your booking reference) and agree to the terms and conditions of entering and therefore will be entered into the promotion. Please note that by booking a room, you will NOT automatically be entered into the promotion. Entrants who have successfully entered will see a web page confirming their entry has been received and they have been entered into the promotion. Residents of Germany will be required to opt in a second time in order to be entered into the promotion. The hotel booking must be made at least 10 days in advance of the hotel stay.

5. Multiple entries are permitted during the Promotion Period, provided that each entry is accompanied by a new booking at a participating hotel during the Promotion Period. A maximum of one prize per person.

6. The Prizes: 2 winners from France, Germany and the United Kingdom (6 winners in total) will each win a bespoke experience depending upon the location of the hotel booking, or a cash equivalent of £500 payable after their stay.

7. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
a. Winners will either receive a bespoke experience or a cash equivalent. If a winner accepts a bespoke experience the cash alternative will no longer be available.
b. The Prizes are only for the winners named in their booking. If this forms part of a group booking, then only 1 Prize is still available.
c. Entrants are solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes.
d. A valid credit or debit card will be required to check into your room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in-room calls or services.
e. In the event that a winner cancels their booking, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner. In the event that a winner is disqualified for this reason, the Promoter reserves the right to allocate the Prize to the entrant that was the next person to make a booking after the winning moment.

8. Winner Selection: 6 winning moments (hour, minute, seconds) have been randomly allocated during the Promotion Period under independent supervision. The first entrant to make a hotel booking and opt into the Promotion on or first after a winning moment will win a Prize.

9. Winner Notification: The winners will be notified of their win via the email address used to make their booking within 2 working days of their booking. The winners will then be contacted by the phone number provided in their booking to confirm acceptance of their Prize and to organise the Prize. In the event that a winner does not respond within 7 days to the phone contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner. In the event that a winner is disqualified in this manner, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to the entrant that was the next person to make a booking after the winning moment.

10. The winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their name, and country of residence to announce the winners of the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the name and country of residence of the winners.

11. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. If for any reason a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, at its sole discretion, of equal or up to £500 in value.

12. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.

13. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant’s fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these Terms and Conditions.

14. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

15. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted.

16. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.

17. The name and country of residence of the winners will be available by sending an email to Europe_Destination_Marketing@Hilton.com with “Hilton Bespoke Experience WL” in the subject line following the close of the Promotion Period for 8 weeks.

18. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose. 19. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and affect the remainder of the provisions.

20. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

21. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
